A: Absolutely. We are a startup-friendly factory. aimaylen provides full-scale manufacturing support for emerging designers, offering small-batch production, we offer one-stop service from shoe mock up to shipping, and we update you during production, send you some process pictures or videos.

A: Yes, We are a direct high-end footwear factory. By working with aimaylen, you are communicating directly with the source. This ensures transparent pricing, strict quality control, and faster response times for your bespoke shoe projects. And we have two workshops. One workshop is only to custom your design shoes,and never share your design to others.even factory door is closed to prevent outsiders from entering. one workshop is only to produce aimaylen original designed shoes for Europe physical boutique brands like Russia Vitacci, Russia Mascotte, Tendance Paris….

A: We use only the 100% genuine leathers, including Italian calfskin, premium lambskin, high-grade suede, and authentic pony hair. Each pair is crafted to meet the comfort and durability standards required by high-end markets in Europe, the USA, and Dubai. And we also can use pu fabric, satin, silk, etc for custom shoes when brand designers request them.

Our equipment is normally packed in reinforced wooden crates, with inner protective materials such as fixing straps and waterproof packaging to ensure safe transportation. If you find any package damage or equipment damage upon receipt, please take clear photos immediately as evidence and contact us as soon as possible. We will promptly verify the situation with the logistics provider. All shipments are trackable throughout transportation, allowing us to quickly identify the issue and provide an appropriate solution. We will actively coordinate the resolution process to minimize any impact on your clinical schedule and operations.
